DELHI TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) — A Delhi Township man is accused of taking advantage of a man who was passed out. Patrick Illing is charged with rape. Police say he performed a sex act on the victim who was passed out on April 29, 2020 at Illing's Simon Drive home. Employees at Illing's business saw video of the act recently on Illing's tablet. When police talked to the victim, they say he had no idea what had happened but he confirmed that was him on the video.
